Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. The Flow Diagnostic is invoiced according to the schedule set out in the proposal; the Associate Architect monthly flat fee is invoiced monthly.
I treat all client data and discussions as strictly confidential.
Deliverables are owned by the client once invoices are fully paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice; work completed up to that date is invoiced as set out in the proposal.
I deliver my services to the best of my expertise, but liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
All agreements are governed by Swiss law, with the place of jurisdiction in Lausanne, Switzerland.
