The Flow Diagnostic has a fixed price, agreed before we start, for a defined deliverable. You buy an outcome, not hours: no running meter.
The expected outcome, the scope and the price are set in writing in the proposal. If the scope changes, we discuss it before, never after.
The Associate Architect is a monthly flat fee: two days a week, three to six months, renewable, with a written scope and deliverables. I work this way with only one organisation at a time.
I commit to an outcome, not just deliverables. If the work takes longer than planned, that is my risk, not yours.
All prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 8.1% in Switzerland).
I publish this policy openly so there are no surprises, only clear agreements.
